JENNA NEFF, CMHC-Intern
Hi, I’m Jenna! I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build resilience through evidence-based therapy. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to create a tailored approach that meets each client’s unique needs. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a powerful tool for processing trauma and emotional blocks.
I enjoy working with a variety of populations, including children, adolescents, young adults, and adults facing life transitions. My experience includes supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship challenges, trauma, and emotional regulation. I also specialize in working with individuals on the autism spectrum, helping them navigate social dynamics, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy.
My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, incorporating creativity and self-exploration to help clients make sense of their world. I believe that therapy should be a space where growth happens with both compassion and humor.
Outside of the office, you’ll often find me playing volleyball, hiking, or unwinding with a good TV show.
