KINDRA SMITH, MSW-Intern
I am a clinical intern pursuing a Master’s in Social Work at Northern Arizona University. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Utah Tech University. During my undergraduate studies, I gained valuable experience as a registered behavior technician, working with children and teens diagnosed with Autism.

I am passionate about supporting individuals across all stages of life, including children, teens, young adults, and adults. My training focuses on client-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I strive to create a supportive environment where clients can identify and overcome challenges while enhancing their overall well-being. My approach incorporates mindfulness, goal setting, coping skills, gratitude, and self-compassion.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, connecting with family and friends, reading, and exploring new places.
